How My API subscription is calculated?
API subscription pricing is based on the cost of a single signature invite multiplied by the number of signature invites in a particular subscription plan. Thus the higher the subscription plan tier is, the lower the price for a single signature invite. You will automatically receive higher % volume discounts as your plan grows.
How SignUP API Trial work?
The signNow API free trial offers 250 free signature invites – a $500 value. Once you’ve used all 250 free signature invites, you will be charged to begin a basic signNow API subscription plan. From there, your plan will grow with your usage. Along the way, you will automatically receive additional volume discounts. If you don’t use all 250 free signature invites, the invites will expire after one year and your credit card will never be charged.
What is an API signature invite?
An API signature invite takes place when you send a document (or a group of documents) with or without fillable fields to one or multiple recipients. For example, if you send a document group to several recipients at once using the API, you’ll be charged for a single signature invite. Once you share a document via a signing link without allowing signers to forward it on your behalf, you’ll be charged for each document opening using this signing link. What is I excede number of allocated signatures?
When you exceed 80% of your API signature invite limit before the end of your billing period, we will send you a notification email. Once you reach your plan’s limit, we’ll automatically upgrade you to the next subscription plan tier. There will be no interruption in your service, you will simply be charged the difference between your current subscription plan and the new one. The price of your new subscription plan will be charged at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
